  Worst service ever. They used tack strips on our carpet that are far to long, even after hammering these down, a year later we still have cut toes when you step on the carpet the wrong way. They also never caulked our toilet, EVEN AFTER we complained when the toilet leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs kitchen. Absolute worst company to work with installation wise, don't make the same mistake I did and find someone who can do a competent install.

  I worked as an installer for several years before I went back to school (you can only work on your knees for so long). I enjoyed contracting there because they were like a family. They tended to keep the best installers, and salesmen, on staff because of the work environment being family oriented, and yet still maintain a very professional atmosphere. I have never recommended any other flooring covering store to anyone even after 6 years and a career change!
