  This is how I would judge a business dealing gold, precious metals, rare coins, diamonds - Honesty, Integrity, Performance, and Customer Service - I give 5 stars all around. And Tim, your the man! You made a emotional decision not so emotional. You were kind and let me take my time being indecisive on parting with family gold. I went to Gold and Silver Traders for my first time this week and received the most exceptional customer service, more than any other place I've ever been before that deals in this business. They were so honest and fair. They even told me how gold has gone up the last few days, gave me cash and a great offer. Thank you guys for making my visit go by so smoothly!!

  My wife and I came in here and there was another customer inside that was kind of given us the creeps after he heard how much my item was worth he kept making trips out to the car and just acting over all sketchy the guy that helped us was super understanding and made sure that we felt safe he let us decide to go first so we could leave and he could keep that guy there long enough for us to get out of the parking lot and not able to be followed it just was an awesome experience overall we really appreciated the help and it actually made it possible for us to put the down payment on our house yes thank you so much gold and silver Traders we will definitely do business with you again. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone awesome price for gold and great customer service

  They have excellent service here and they are very fair with there prices. I have done a lot of business with them and I have never had an experience that was anything other than pleasant. I look forward to seeing them soon, and I definitely recommend choosing to see them over the competition, you will be glad you did !
