  I ordered 5-items ONLINE and received 2-items only. No notation on the packing slip nor was there any contact regarding the partial cancellation. In the process, I was billed for everything (5 items) and I was also billed for the only (2 items) received. I contacted my credit card company who sent me paperwork for the overcharges showing on my credit card statement. A response is required for a credit now. When I went in-store to return both items, the nice lady informed me one item had the wrong item number and was puzzled at how to return it. Smiling here. Must be good practice for something! Sears just happens to carry Everlast Brand.
