  Went into the store to upgrade my phone and buy a speaker. Service was fast and friendly, didn't notice right away that I was charged too much. The next morning I was looking at the receipt and there were charges that did not make sense so I called T-Mobile. Apparently the rep added 2 tablets to our account without our authorisation. He even gave us the Sims, but obviously no tablets. Luckily the money was refunded and the lines were canceled. Make sure you ask what you are signing before you sign it at this location. The manager basically told me it was a misunderstanding which leads me to believe it is a common practice there.
