  Was reading these reviews and thought I should reply. This is a family owned business since the 1940's. Yes, they are a screw company. And no, they don't have everything. Have you ever imagined how many types of fasteners there are out there? I would say "titanium and aluminum" are very specialized items and are almost always going to be very expensive and special order. So yeah, they aren't going to have a thousand of those on hand. If they did, they probably wouldn't be in business this long! Every time I've been there, the staff was very knowledgeable. If somebody doesn't know about the product, ask them to ask someone else. If you are asking them about rubber hoses, then yeah, they might not know about that. I'm thinking they have over 40,000 items, so do you think everyone there will know everything about them? Nope. Anyway, great hometown store, great service. Keep up the good work guys!
