  No stars for this one! I never write reviews, but let me tell you about this one. We purchased two items from the store to be delivered at our residence with overnight shipping, because we were leaving on vacation a few days later. When it finally said the item was shipped (three days later), it wouldn't be delivered until the day we left town. Real convenient. And that wasn't the best part... I got to stay on the line for 20 minutes waiting for customer service only to be hung up on. Another 17 minutes later before speaking with a representative, they only refunded half the shipping cost. It would have been free to have standard shipping and it would have been delivered on the same day.
