I received the exact service I needed (some work on the software on my S7) which resolved my issue with one visit. The manager Drew also helped me with a widget issue I should have been able to fix on my own. Manager Drew took care of my issues in a friendly, professional manner. Not even a side-eye for the widget thing. This is now my Verizon store.
