  Usually have no issues. Staff is friendly but yesterday I was returning an item the cashier needed my ID. I asked "exactly what information so you need from my drivers license?" "Your name, city & address." I asked if it is absolutely necessary to take all that information? He says grimly, "if you want to return this item." I expressed my dislike with thus policy. I also tried to make a a complaint on the website and conveniently it's not taking any. Tried calling the 877 number conveniently on hold. This policy needs to change Walmart doesn't even need your name or address
